FALAHATI LAW, APC provides practical and cost-effective expertise in real estate law, emphasizing both on transaction and litigation. We are located in Walnut Creek, CA and serving the San Francisco Bay Area.
We never forget that our clients are real people facing real challenges. We understand that our clients want dedicated, practical, professional representation and, if necessary, gloves-off litigation at a reasonable cost.
We are typically hired to handle the legal aspects of a real estate transaction or litigate real estate-related cases. We can provide vital assistance during real estate transactions, whether a property is being bought, sold, rented, or leased. We can help evaluate any offers that the seller makes, or that the buyer receives, in order to ensure that the parties’ interests are properly protected, and that everyone’s responsibilities in the transaction are clearly defined and followed. Here is a list of legal areas we can help our clients navigate:
Vahishta is an experienced real estate litigator for nearly two decades but now enjoys the transactional aspect of her practice. By drawing on her experience litigating contract disputes, Vahishta handles all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including commercial office, retail and industrial leasing, and commercial purchase and sale. Vahishta’s commercial practice ranges from small scale individualized and large scale commercial sites.
Vahishta handles other aspects of real estate law such as residential sales, easements and boundary disputes, tenants-in-common disputes, partitions and more, and her clients include individuals, fiduciaries, and corporate entities.
Vahishta’s real estate practice is complemented by her corporate practice where she advises clients on general corporate and limited liability company matters, including formation and governance.
